Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the website kvin.lt (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Operator

The Site is operated by Kvintera (the "Operator"). Contact details are on the contact page.

2. Accounts

  • Accounts may be created by persons aged 13 or older. Persons under 16 need the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it.
  • The Operator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Server listings

  • Only working Minecraft servers that you own or are authorised to represent may be listed.
  • Descriptions, images and other information must be accurate, must not infringe third-party rights and must not contain illegal or offensive content.
  • The Operator reviews new listings and may reject or remove them without further explanation.

4. Voting

  • You may vote once per day for each server. Automated tools, VPNs or other means of bypassing limits are forbidden.
  • Servers that buy votes, use bots or otherwise manipulate the ranking are removed from the list.

5. Paid services (promotion)

  • Server promotion ("Featured server") is a paid service provided for the chosen period starting at the moment of payment.
  • Prices are shown in euro including VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by EveryPay or PayPal; the Operator never has access to your card details.
  • The service starts immediately after payment, so you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has started. If the service is not delivered due to the Operator's fault, the payment is refunded.
  • If a server is removed for violating these terms, fees for the remaining period are not refunded.

6. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". The Operator is not responsible for the content or availability of listed servers, nor for any damage arising from using third-party servers. The Site is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

7. Changes

The Operator may change these terms by publishing a new version on the Site. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the changes.
