Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains what data kvin.lt collects and how it is used. The data controller is Kvintera (contact).

What we collect

  • Account: email, name (nickname), password hash, chosen language, registration and login times.
  • Server listings: the information you submit about a server, including the NuVotifier token, which is stored encrypted.
  • Votes: Minecraft username, time of the vote and internet address (IP). The IP address is kept for 30 days to prevent abuse and is then deleted.
  • Orders: package, amount, payment method and the payment provider reference. Card details are handled only by the payment providers (EveryPay, PayPal).
  • Technical data: server logs (IP, browser, time) for security, kept for up to 30 days.

Cookies

  • Essential: the session cookie (login), language and theme preferences. No consent is required for these.
  • Advertising: the Site shows Google AdSense ads. Google may use cookies to personalise ads. Visitors from the European Union are asked for consent through Google's consent dialog and can change their choice at any time. More: Google privacy policy.
  • Security check: voting uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser data to detect bots.

Legal basis and purposes

Account and listing data are processed to perform our contract with you; vote IP addresses and logs on the basis of legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention); advertising cookies on the basis of your consent.

Recipients

Payment providers (EveryPay, PayPal), email and hosting services (Kvintera), Google (AdSense) and Cloudflare (Turnstile). We do not sell data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can delete your account by writing to us; listings can be deleted in your account. Complaints may be lodged with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Security

Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as hashes and NuVotifier tokens are encrypted.
